TC Saves is a partnership between the City of Traverse City, Traverse City Light and Power and two local non-profits -- SEEDS and the Michigan Land Use Institute.

Specially trained sales people have been going door to door in 27 neighborhoods across the state, from Grand Rapids and Detroit to Traverse City and Marquette.
