Small and mid-size producers will learn some of the concepts for selling wholesale. Training will cover a variety of topics, stillunder consideration. Possible topics include post-harvest handling, pricing within the value chain, maintaining the cold chain, packing and grading, crop planning, food safety needs of wholesale buyers and possibly others to be determined.
