Roll up those sleeves! This is a hands-on workshop. Each attendee will learn how to inoculate shiitake mushroom logs, by working at drilling, filling and waxing stations throughout the day. You will take home a share of fully inoculated logs. A great way to kickstart your mushroom production! This is a potluck lunch. Hot soup provided by Ware Farm. Please bring a dish to pass.
$75 per person includes all supplies and logs to take home.
Limited to 10 participants.
Please register by Wednesday, April 30th.
Join the Mushroom Growers Guild!
The Mushroom Growers Guild focuses on growing mushrooms at home or on the farm. It is an informal group interested in learning more about mushroom production through mushroom yard tours, potlucks and informal workshops. You don’t need to be growing to join the guild.
