Design a long-lasting beautiful herb garden with your favorite healthy herbs.  Learn to start seeds, transplant, and plant herbs that you can use in foods, teas, tinctures, and more.  Instructor Gretchen Van Loozen, UM Environmental Science, is an organic and biodynamic farmer.
