What: NMEAC's 27th Annual Environmentalist of the Year Awards & Celebration

When: Friday, April 24 from 6-9 pm at the Park Place Dome.

What: The guest speaker this year will be Skip Pruss on climate change and the need to transition to wind and solar energy. In addition, SEEDS will be handing out their Youth Leadership Awards and this event will be zero-waste thanks to Bay Area Recycling for Charities, From 6-7 pm will be a reception featuring local foods. The program begins at 7 pm. NMEAC has many fine nominees this year.
